Horticultural Training Centre, Pune

In the mid-1990s, when the Agriculture Marketing Board of India's Maharashtra State (MSAMB) was looking for the requisite know-how and expertise to give needed extra impetus to local cut-flower production, contacts were established with Dutch practical training provider PTC+. In time, this led to the official opening, in August 2004, of a state-of-the-art Horticultural Training Centre in the city of Pune. What is the situation now?
