Learning by doing

Practical learning is central to PTC+, and it means that all training programmes are delivered in practical settings, and that students don't just watch an instructor - they try new things for themselves. Practical experience is supplemented with theory only when absolutely necessary. International students say that PTC+ is the ideal provider of ‘learning by doing.'

Training in small groups

Because PTC+ believes in paying attention to participants' individual learning objectives, our courses are delivered to small groups of no more than eight people. As a result, each participant receives focused, personal attention. Naturally, safety also plays an important role, and it is easier to guarantee physical safety in a small group - certainly in training programmes with vehicles or technical installations. Psychologically, learning in small groups enables participants to quickly feel at home, so that they feel less inhibited and can absorb new information more easily.

Clear objectives

Every PTC+ training course has a clear learning objective. There is always a clear description of what the participant will learn during the training programme and what the subsequent results will be. Therefore, every PTC+ training programme makes an immediate difference. After the training programme, participants are able to implement the new skill entirely on their own, in a professional and safe way.
