Submenu About PTC+
Educational concepts
The educational concept of PTC+ is practical learning. This means that all training programmes take place directly in practice. Practice is supplemented with a little bit of theory only when absolutely necessary. International students say that PTC+ is ideal for ‘learning by doing.'
At PTC+, training takes place in small groups of no more than eight individuals. This results in focused, personal attention for every course participant or student. Because PTC+ believes it is important that ample attention is paid to the individual learning objectives of every participant during every training session. Safety also plays a role. It is easier to guarantee physical safety in a small group, certainly in training programmes with vehicles or technical installations. Mentally speaking, a small group contributes to a safe learning environment: the participant quickly feels at home and is less inhibited.
No training without a clear learning objective: there is a clear description of what the participant will learn during the training programme and what the subsequent result will be. Therefore, every PTC+ training programme results in immediate return. After the training programme, the participant is able to implement the new skill entirely on his own, in a professional and safe way.
